Refund Policy

At Atelier Prints, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our custom-made products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Refund Eligibility:

• Preview Stage: You may request a full refund at any point up until the preview stage of your custom portrait order if you're not entirely satisfied.

• Final Printable Product: Once the final printable product has been emailed or sent to your door (when selecting any physical format items), refunds will not be provided unless there are defects upon arrival, such as damage during delivery.

Refunds Criteria:

• Typos or Approved Errors: We cannot offer a refund for typos or errors that were approved during the preview portion of your order.

• Our Error: If an error is made on our part or the final product received doesn't reflect the approved preview, we'll happily provide a full refund.

Changes and Revisions:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Changes can be made until you are 100% satisfied with your order.
