3. Refunds and Returns
We do not provide refunds upon receiving the item, except in the following cases:
3.1 Damage: If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
3.2 Defective: In the event of a defective product, please inform us within 30 days of receipt. We will replace or refund your order, as applicable.
