Here's what you need to know about our shipping and refund procedures:
Mockup Approval and Revision:
Upon ordering, we'll create a digital mockup of your custom product for your review to ensure your complete happiness. You'll receive this mockup within 1-3 days, depending on the product's complexity.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to make revisions until you're pleased. You must approve or request changes to your mockup within 24 hours of receiving it. If no response is received within this time, we'll move forward with the final delivery.
Unhappy with the Mockup:
Should you find the mockup not meeting your satisfaction after review, we're committed to revising it until you're happy. If, despite our efforts, we can't create a mockup that you're satisfied with, we'll gladly process a refund without any questions.
Refunds and Returns:
Once the product is in your possession and the approved mockup has been produced or the final "Ready to Print" file is emailed to you, we don't accept refunds due to the unique, customized nature of each item, making them non-resellable. However, if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we'll promptly issue a refund or send another to resolve the issue.
